This is a program designed to inspire and empower female engineering students by providing them with opportunities to pursue impactful careers in the semiconductor industry.

– Hardware Design Intern (3 slots)
– Software Design Intern (13 slots)

Selection Process:
– Application Submission: Submit your CV, Transcript and English Certificate (if any).
– Assessment Center: Engage in a technical assessment to showcase your problem-solving abilities and engineering knowledge.
– Final Interview: The last stage involves a detailed interview with our technical leaders, providing you with deeper insights into the internship and Renesas’ innovative projects.
